Marci Hanes

Marci Hanes brings these characteristics along with over twenty-five years of accounting experience to independent business owners in the Spring Hill and Columbia areas.

Marci was born in Indiana, was raised in Ohio, moved to Arizona after college and then lived and worked in Texas for twenty years before moving to Tennessee. Having lived across the country has been a tremendous asset to her career. In a corporate environment where team building, and interpersonal relationships are key, Marci enjoyed navigating multiple roles. Working with a variety of people offered an opportunity to test her multitude of skills from management to grass roots efforts in customer support.

In college, Marci earned her degree in accounting and later added a masters of science degree to her resume. Interestingly enough, her degree was in Accounting Information Management. In studying IT she found comradery with her peers in that industry as well. What you will appreciate with Marci managing your accounting and small business needs, is her ability to work within systems to benefit your bottom line paired with her confidence across multiple platforms. She is a “jack of all trades” of sorts with a “Myers Briggs personality home run”.

In her personal life, Marci is married to her husband of twenty-six years and is the proud parent of a son and a daughter. As she has watched their kids grow, she has been a Girl Scout Leader, swim team mom, a soccer coach and has participated in over 10 half marathons which started from Team in Training. She is ambitious in all aspects of her life.
